Parking and Transportation
The Hyatt has a parking garage with two accessible parking spots each on floors 3-11. There are elevators nearby these spots but they are only accessible through doors with pull handles on one side. The doors vary by floor. The elevators go to the first floor near registration and there are no stairs in between. All day parking is 8.50 for weekdays if you park before 10am. on weekends, or after 10am, its $25. Valet parking is available for $49.

There is a public bus stop within 600 feet of the main entrance. The public buses are wheelchair accessible.

There will be a bus with two wheelchair spots that are designated for transportation to the museum for the welcome reception.

Conference Center
The front entrance has automatic sliding doors. All conference-related rooms are accessible without any stairs and the elevators to the second floor are centrally located. Some doors have pull or push handles. Bathrooms have accessible stalls and the second floor bathrooms have working buttons that will open the doors but the entrance is a bit tight. The alternative to elevators is escalators. There is no main staircase.

Signage for rooms are not labeled in Braille.

If you need a quiet space to take a break, there is a lounge area on the second floor
